Description
The Business Auto session offers the student an in-depth and easily understood means of interpreting and applying the business auto coverage form (BAP).
The business auto coverage form is the most widely used policy in the ISO commercial auto. The BAP is used to provide insurance coverage to insureds who need liability insurance due to the ownership, maintenance, or use of covered autos. It is also used to provide physical damage insurance coverage for a loss to those covered autos. The basic form is CA 00 01 and this form can be modified by many different endorsements to fit the coverage to the needs of the insured.
